Given Lupron Depot’s popularity and high regard, a thorough review of the literature and regulatory documentation leading to its widespread use is important. This literature review is a compilation of these documents throughout Lupron Depot’s history. To achieve a holistic review of Lupron Depot, this paper relied on FDA documentation, research literature, academic lectures, and other platforms to explore the evidence regarding Lupron Depot in several areas.
